Each rental vehicle is provided with a policy booklet, which details the contact details of the breakdown assistance operator that will instantly recover the vehicle. We at Go Rentals will immediately act to get a similar vehicle to your location and assist with the transfer of goods/luggage as necessary. If you still feel you have been unjustly handled due to the mechanical fault of the vehicle, please forward your concern to our Lease Manager, and/or Managing Director, and we will investigate this with the utmost of attention and will endeavor to bring the matter to a swift and amicable conclusion.
